Our Best Bitter, Dead Moon, is now in cask and will be ready for distribution in a week. A cask has been dropped at The Whitewell, Waterfoot; if you are in the area, we highly recommend popping by and taking advantage of their pie and pint offer. Cans of Dead Moon will be available very shortly and on our webshop to purchase.
We have teamed up with a local brewery and have begun brewing at their facility. This means we will be moving our kit and caboodle from Salford down to Serious Brewing HQ in Rochdale. Ken and Jen are lovely folks and we’re looking forward to what comes next.
Last week I brewed Under the Eildon Tree (WC IPA) and Bolster’s Blood (Red IPA). I can not tell you how relieved I feel to have our core range finally coming together. We’ll let you know how those progress and when they are available in cask and can. After an exhausting week of brewing, racking and deliveries, it was nice to put my feet up and have some RnR with our brewery cat Sebastian.
In other news – we’ve just commissioned new artwork for a new brew, more on that to follow.
