Tasting Notes:  an English Pale Ale balancing traditional and modern flavours with delicate floral and fruity notes from Harlequin hops.

Tasting Notes:  a harmonious balance of malt sweetness and bitterness from the hops, with flavours of caramel and dried currants with a creamy smooth body.

Black Shuck
Stout. 4.4%

Tasting Notes:  a deep ebony, traditional stout with a complex tapestry of malt flavours ranging from bittersweet chocolate through roasty dark coffee, with a silky smooth mouthfeel. The Phoenix hops lend floral and slightly spicy notes, while also complementing the malt bill with further hints of chocolate and molasses.

Tasting Notes:  Golden Ale with a biscuity malt base and a tantalising hint of fruity apricot, a wonderful light crisp ale, perfect vibes for Spring and Summer.

Tasting Notes:  a delicious Red IPA. There is a powerful tropical fruit aroma up front, a hint of toffee from the malt, and a resinous bitter finish, which draws you back in for more.

WEST COAST IPA: 5.7%

Under the Eildon Tree
West Coast IPA. 5.7%

Tasting Notes:  slight caramel malt flavour reminiscent of old school IPAs. The hops bring a blend of grapefruit and orange, with hints of peach and apricot in the background.

AMERICAN PALE ALE: 4.5%

Ash & Elm
American Pale Ale. 4.5%

Tasting Notes:  pale golden beer with a smooth body. The malt gives flavours of digestive biscuit behind resinous pine and citrus from the hops, with a subtle hint of spice in the background from rye.


BEST BITTER: 4.3%

Dead Moon
Best Bitter. 4.3%

Tasting Notes:  a medium amber best bitter. The malt gives flavours of toast and caramel, while traditional English hops lend hedgerow fruit and a grassy bitterness.
